At present, over eight hundred thousands Indian troops are present over there. The people of Kashmir in line with the UN resolutions and the partition formula which said that the states with Hindu majority would join India and those with Muslim majority will join Pakistan, but India in clear violation of this formula held sway over Kashmir.
All atrocities perpetuated by Indian troops against the Muslims of Kashmir are covered in both the English magazine Kashmir Mirror and Arabic magazine Kashmir-ul-Muslima, published by the KIRC, are sent to all embassies of the Western countries in Islamabad and abroad to apprise the people and the diplomats of the true face of India.
The KIRC has, to a great extent, succeeded in raising the Kashmir cause at the world fora, and at the same time in making the people of Pakistan acquaintance with the issue of Palestine.
Two periodicals, one an Arabic Kashmirul Muslimah, and the other in English Kashmir Mirror, are also published by the KIRC.
Besides, dozens of books in Arabic, English and Urdu languages have been written on various topics encompassing Islamic movements in the world, freedom struggles and understanding towards Islam.
